At TOBZ our driver trainers are focus on safety. We will teach the students to drive in a safe manner so when they go out on their own they will have the skills.
Our head office is in Caringbah and our postal address is PO BOX 637 Caringbah NSW 2229. We cover all areas of Sydney (City, Eastern Suburbs, St. George & Sutherland Shire, Inner Western suburbs, North Shore, Northern Suburbs)..
A high percent of our students pass on their first attempt and the best way to first attempt is only if they follow the full TOBZ Pty Ltd structured curriculum from start to finish.
24 hours notice must be given for lesson cancellations of your lesson or the fee will demanded or not refunded if pre paid. Fees - 24 to 13 hours before lesson 25% of the lesson cost, 12 to 7 hours before the arranged lesson 50% of the lesson cost, 6 or less hours before the lesson 75% of the lesson cost, if you cancel when the lesson is due to start you must pay the full 100% of the lesson cost If we have not received the payment within 30 days we will charge interest on the amount at the rate of 11.5% p.a.
All students will be given a Student Record Card and you may need a Student Handbook.
Before training to drive you must first pass the theory test at the RTA and when you pass obtain a log book from the RTA. The log book and the student record card are to come for every lesson.
We are happy to do overseas licence conversions, aged licence test, corporate training and refresher courses.
We are not responsible for any problems that may come up if you download, upload or use our website.
Prices can change without notice but any prepaid lesson purchased before the change will not cost any more unles the time from the date of purchase is more than one (1) year old where the cost of the new price will be added ontop at the full or discouted rate.

Offer of the gift vouchers they must be used in one year from the date of purchase after this is if the prices for lessons increase the student must pay the difference. The gift vouchers can be purchased with the 6 months interest free offer as above. The prepaid gift cards will not be refunded but you may give them to relative or friend BUT in this case they must be used within the first year of purchase or they will become invalid, refer to the printed date on you card. Normal discount price of up 11% off is only valid on our normal hourly rate depending on amount of lessons booked and paid for 10-50 lessons pre-paid = 10% off. 51+ lessons pre-paid = 11% off.. and this promotions expires September 30, 2010. Normal hourly rates NSW $70 per hour from 1/07/2010 we may discount this at our discretion.

Payment is to be made on the day of lesson or before the lesson via cash, cheque, direct transfer or by PayPal or bank direct transfer (we will email the payment slip by PayPal) any overdue payment will have a 11% p.a. interest charges on it if it hasn't been paid within 28 days of the lesson. Cheque we receive that bounce will incur an additional fee as per the bank rates.
